Tom and Therese Nellessen, the co-directors of TJN Supervision Specialists, strive to provide a forum for parents to have supervised parenting time sessions with their minor children in safe, calm and more natural settings.  This format allows for greater comfort for both the parent and the minor child; and thus, results in a more pleasant experience for all involved.

After approximately six years of representing children as a Guardian ad Litem in Divorce cases, Juvenile Delinquency and Dependency & Neglect cases, Thomas J. Nellessen, the founder co-director of TJN Supervision Specialists, envisioned a supervised parenting time program that would provide a safe forum for children and parents to spend time together while still catering to their emotional needs.  The "Partners In Resolution" program was created to enhance the supervised parenting time experience in settings that are more conducive to the normal parent-child relationship.  By taking this approach, TJN Supervison Specialists has taken supervised parenting time to the next level.
